Raising Cane’s Owner and Founder Todd Graves’ longtime friendship with Chuck Norris was built on a shared commitment to family, leadership and giving back. To honor Norris’ life and legacy, Raising Cane’s partnered with Gena, Dakota and Danilee Norris to create our 2026 National Chicken Finger Day Campaign, which pays tribute Norris’ larger-than-life career and raises awareness for a cause closest to his heart.

On July 14th, Graves welcomed Gena, Dakota and Danilee Norris to one of our Houston, TX, Restaurants for a special afternoon honoring Chuck. The Norris family was joined by several Kickstart Kids students and instructors, Community leaders and local supporters to celebrate Norris’ generational impact on young kids.
During the event, Graves announced that Raising Cane’s would donate $1 for every Box Combo sold nationwide on National Chicken Finger Day, July 27, up to $1,000,000 to Kickstart Kids. Co-founded by Norris, Kickstart Kids is a youth character development nonprofit that helps kids develop confidence, discipline, leadership and respect through martial arts.
In addition to national television, digital and social advertising throughout the campaign, a Chuck Norris x Raising Cane’s merchandise collection was also created, with net proceeds benefiting Kickstart Kids.
We’re proud to support the mission that meant the most to Chuck Norris and honor the lasting impact he made while serving others. Check out your local Raising Cane’s to see how we’re actively supporting and giving back to your Community.
