OFFICIAL RULES

 During the First 100 Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”) at each of the participating Raising Cane’s Restaurants (“Participating Restaurants”) on September 28, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time, the first 100 eligible transactions that include the purchase of a combo meal for dine-in, excluding kids combos, will receive one (1) special gift, regardless of the number of combo meals purchased in such transaction. The Gift will include two (2) general admission tickets to the Fried Chicken Festival taking place October 2-4, 2026 in New Orleans, Louisiana (“Gift”). Limit one (1) Gift per transaction and per person, while supplies last. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per Gift ranges from $25-$65. Total ARV of all Gifts is $154,000. Recipient must be at least 13 years of age to be eligible for the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Gift in whole or in part with one of comparable or greater value if a featured Gift becomes unavailable. Once a Gift is accepted, Sponsor is not responsible for recipient’s use or non-use of a Gift. Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes on their Gifts. As required by law, Raising Cane’s may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of all Gifts one person receives if that fair market value exceeds current IRS limits. Void where prohibited.
