How do I redeem the offer?
You can redeem it by:
- Swiping your Caniac Club card at the Restaurant
- Scanning the QR Code in the Raising Cane’s® app if you have connected your Caniac Club Card account to your online ordering account.
- Ordering online or in the App - must have your Caniac Club Card account connected to your online ordering account and add two Box Combos to your cart.
How do I link my Caniac Club card to the app?
- Log into your Raising Cane’s® account (App or website)
- Go to Profile → My Account
- Select ‘Connect My CANIAC® Club Card’
- Make sure your in-app email matches your Caniac Club account email
Why don’t I see the offer on my app?
A few reasons that could be:

- Your Caniac Club card may not be linked to your app
- Your email(s) in the app + your Caniac Club account may not match. If the email to your Caniac Club Card account is different than your online ordering account, you will need to update your email on your Caniac Club Card account to match and try connecting it again.
