During the First 200 Promotion (“Promotion”) at the Raising Cane’s Restaurant located at 1401 3rd St (Promenade & Santa Monica), Santa Monica, CA 90401, on June 15, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time the first 200 people to purchase a combo meal for dine-in, excluding kids combo, and get a special gift (“Gift”). The Gift will include a Cane’s branded beach towel and a Be Our Guest Card good for one free The Box Combo® redeemable during a later visit and subject to the terms and conditions on the card. Limit one Gift per person. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per Gift is $36.25. Total ARV of all Gifts is $7,250.00. Recipient must be a legal resident of California and at least 13 years of age to be eligible for the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Gift in whole or in part with one of comparable or greater value if a featured Gift becomes unavailable. Once a Gift is accepted, Sponsor is not responsible for recipient’s use or non-use of a Gift. Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes on their Gifts. As required by law, Raising Cane’s may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of all Gifts one person receives if that fair market value exceeds current IRS limits. Void where prohibited.
