Raising Cane's Museum
Step inside 30 Years of ONE LOVE® and see where the Raising Cane’s story began. Located less than 100 steps from the original Raising Cane’s Restaurant in Baton Rouge, LA, best known as “The Mothership,” the 30th Birthday pop-up museum brings three decades of Cane’s history to life through photos, memorabilia and artifacts from owner and founder Todd Graves’ journey.

Experience the history of Cane’s through iconic artifacts, including Todd Graves’ original business plan, the briefcase he carried while trying to convince banks to take a chance on his Chicken Finger dream, his boilermaker hard hat, and blueprints from the original Restaurant, known as “The Mothership.” See all 46 Plush Puppies together, visit the Caniac Corner, and discover the milestones that helped grow Cane’s from a single Baton Rouge Restaurant to more than 1,000 locations worldwide.
Continue the experience with a guided tour of Graves’ restored second-floor apartment, preserved as a time capsule from Cane’s early days. Outside, view The Margaret Mae, the 1979 boat Graves worked aboard fishing in Alaska to help fund his dream, along with his LSU-themed Suburban, 1967 Cadillac Coupe DeVille Convertible, Cane’s Love Bus, and more. Finish your visit just steps away at "The Mothership", where ONE LOVE® began.
