
- Raising Cane’s Opens Newest Restaurant in Broussard, La.

Today, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers®, one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in the U.S., is celebrating the grand opening of its newest restaurant and its first location in Broussard, La., at 117 St. Nazaire Road.
The American success story of a restaurant chain that specializes in ONE LOVE – quality chicken fingers meals -- along with a famously-secret Cane’s dipping sauce is now welcoming Broussard residents to the “Caniac” crowd.

Billy Mick has been named general manager for the Broussard restaurant. Today’s grand opening marks the 46th location for Raising Cane’s in the State of Louisiana and adds to the more than 80 restaurants across 13 states.
The first Raising Cane’s restaurant, which opened on August 26, 1996 in Baton Rouge, was such a hit that customers crowded in for chicken fingers until 3:30 a.m.
The Broussard restaurant will be open Sundays – Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. – 11 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. – 1 a.m.
