Why should I join the Caniac® Club?
(As if our chicken fingers weren't reason enough.)

The Caniac Club is a Customer appreciation program that has been developed to provide our Customers with special “Thank You” offers for being a member. Benefits of being a member include:

  • You may receive one (1) free Box Combo when you sign up to become a member of the Caniac Club and register your Card online (you should receive an email notifying you when your free Box Combo has been loaded onto your Card).
  • You may receive a free drink on your birthday, along with food rewards on your Caniac Club anniversary and other special holidays.
  • You may receive a “Buy One, Get One Free” Box Combo reward on the anniversary of your original sign-up date.
  • Occasionally, there may be Caniac Club member-only drawings and giveaways for tickets to concerts, sporting events and/or Caniac gear, subject to the Official Rules located here.

Q: How do I receive my Caniac Club Card?
A: You can visit our participating Raising Cane’s locations to pick up your exclusive Caniac Club Card.

Q: I lost my Card, is there a way to get a new one?
A: No problem. Just go to your favorite Raising Cane’s restaurant and ask for a new Card. Then go online to www.raisingcanes.com/caniac-club to register the new Card and continue receiving the benefits of being a member of the Caniac Club.

Q: What is the Caniac Club and what are its benefits?
A: The Caniac Club is a Customer appreciation program that has been developed to provide our Customers with special "Thank you" offers for being a member. Benefits of being a member include:

  • You may receive one (1) free Box Combo when you sign up to become a member of the Caniac Club and register your Card online (you should receive an email notifying you when your free Box Combo has been loaded onto your Card).

Q: I am receiving error messages when I complete the registration form.
A: If you are receiving error messages, it might be because the user name already exists. Also make sure all required fields are completed.

Q: How long will it take to receive my Box Combo?
A: You should receive an email notification within 7 business days from completing your registration that your Box Combo has been loaded onto your Card.

Q: I signed up over 7 days ago and never received my Box Combo – what happened?
A: You must be fully registered and ‘opted in’ to the Program to receive your Box Combo; otherwise your Card cannot be loaded.

Q: How do I redeem my Anniversary BOGO reward?
A: The BOGO is a Buy One, Get One free reward. You must order two Box Combos in order for the BOGO reward to be applied. To have your reward redeemed, simply hand your Card to the Crewmember before payment and have it swiped!

Q: How will I redeem my rewards?
A: All rewards will be loaded onto your Caniac Club Card and will be redeemed when your Card is swiped at your Raising Cane’s restaurant. Remember, you must have your Caniac Club Card in order to redeem your rewards.

Q: How will I know my Card has been loaded with a reward?
A: All reward e-mail notifications will be sent to the email address you enter when you register your Card or sign up on line.

Q: Will you sell the personal information I supply when I register for the Caniac Club?
A: No. The information we receive will not be sold or used for any other purpose but for the Caniac Club.

Q: What happens if I forget my Card at home, but I know I have a reward on it – can it be redeemed?
A: Unfortunately our system will only allow us to redeem a reward if you have the Card with you.

Q: My Card is broken and won’t swipe anymore; can I get a new one?
A: Sure, just make sure to bring your broken Card to your Raising Cane’s so we can exchange it for a new one.

Q: Can I register more than one Card with the same email address?
A: No, Customers are only allowed to have one working Card. Any attempt by a Customer to register multiple Cards using different aliases and/or email addresses is a clear violation of the intention of the Caniac Club Program, and abusers of this are subject to removal from the Program altogether.

Q. Can I redeem awards from others’ Caniac Club accounts?
A. No. The intention of the Program is to reward each of our individual Caniac Club members.

Q: Can I register more than one Card?
A: No, Customers are only allowed to have one working Card.

Q: I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
A: Simply go to the log in screen and click the ‘forgot password’ link.
